How do I place an order?

  • Select the Coca-Cola product you wish to purchase by clicking on the shopping bag icon.
  • Once you have finalized all the products you wish to purchase, proceed to your shopping bag by clicking the shopping bag icon located at the top right corner of your browser. You may adjust the quantity of the products in your shopping cart by clicking plus or minus sign.
  • To check out, confirm your order I shopping cart to proceed.
  • You will be prompted to log in.
  • Enter your registered email, if email has not been registered, select SIGN UP and fill the information needed.
  • Once you have logged in your account, provide delivery details and choose payment method.
  • Once payment mode is fulfilled order confirmation will be sent to your email.

I saw the send your drinks option in your website. How does it work?

"Send your drinks" option enables you to purchase your favorite Coca-Cola products and send them as a gift to your love ones. All you need to do is click on the "Send your drinks" option and then you will be prompted with the available products to purchase. Kindly refer to item no.1 in placing your order. However, you need to input the delivery details of your intended recipient by adding new address on your account. Payment mode for send a gift option is only limited for the following: Bank transfer or PayPal.

I saw a donation option in your website. How does it work?

Donation button enables you to send in-kind donation to your preferred recipient/s. All you need to do is click on the “donation” button and then you will be prompted with the available products to purchase. Kindly refer to item no.1 in placing your order. However, you need to input the delivery details of your intended recipient by adding new address on your account. Payment mode for donation is only limited for the following: Bank transfer or PayPal.

I want to have regular deliveries of my favorite Coca-cola products. How do I do it?

  • Once you have finalized all the products you wish to subscribe, proceed to your shopping bag by clicking the shopping bag icon located at the top right corner of your browser. You may adjust the quantity of the products in your shopping cart by clicking plus or minus sign.

Payment Options available are Paypal (for Makati Residents only) COD or Cash on Delivery. You will be able to see these options once you checkout.

Can I order multiple items at once?

Yes you can. Just select all the products you wish to purchase by clicking the shopping bag icon and these items will be added to your shopping cart.

Can I transact “subscription” products and one-time orders at the same time?

No. If you wish to purchase items and at the same time subscribe to regular delivery for other items, you need to check-out first the products you wish to purchase before proceeding in selecting the items for subscription to regular deliveries. Otherwise, previous items selected for subscription will be deleted.

What is the difference between billing and delivery address?

Billing Address is the address of the Account Holder, while Delivery Address is where the purchased items will be delivered.

Can I order even without a registered account?

No. Although, you may add to cart the items you need to order, you will be prompted to either sign in or create an account if you dont have any before check out

Is there a limit per promo deal?

How do I register?

Click the "Sign in" button in the upper right corner of the homepage. Then you will prompted with the log-in page. Select the Create an account link to register. Fill-out all the form and submit. You will receive a confirmation message to your registered email upon successful enrollment.

We do not recommend creating more accounts if you already have one active

What if I'm outside the Philippines or from a different country and would like to purchase? Can I do that?

Yes you may. However, items purchased can only be delivered within the prescribed cities in the Philippines. Please refer to the Location field (dropdown list) in the Homepage to see available locations for delivery.

Why does it say that my mobile number is already in use?

This simply means that the mobile number you're trying to use is already registered to an existing account. You may already have an account that you've overlooked, accidentally created or deactivated, using that particular mobile number.

Can I use a voucher?

Yes you can. Vouchers can only be used during checkout. At Payment step, you will find a coupon code box under Shopping Cart Summary (on the left side of the page). To use your voucher code, enter it in the voucher code box and click "Apply Coupon". A corresponding deduction will be applied to your total amount.

What if I receive the message "email / password incorrect"?

If you receive the message "email / password incorrect", make sure that you are logging in with the email address that you used to register with the website. If you verified that you are using the correct email address, the issue might be that your password is incorrect. You can reset your password by clicking on "Forgot Password?". You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
